Ambassador, a life-long fan of house music has always recognized the positive,
social and spiritual messages in that genre of music. House
music’s sweet embrace of environmental causes came when The Green Ambassador
and international House Music DJ and recording artist Ultra Nate’ teamed up for
the November 10, 2012 dance party with featured DJ Joe Claussell “DEEP SUGAR
with HONEY” and A House Music Collaboration for The Preservation of The Maryland
Honeybee was formed.
“DEEP SUGAR with HONEY created that stinging excitement that
house music offers, that generated a grassroots buzz around the Maryland
Honeybee. This high energy dance party was the perfect November venue because this
is the month that the queen honeybee rest from laying millions of eggs.” “DEEP
SUGAR with HONEY was also a celebration of the queen honeybees’ rest.” said,
Cathy Allen, The Green Ambassador.
“Supporting The Green Ambassador’s mission to spread awareness around an
environmental cause is a natural fit for house music artist and
partygoers. Spreading the love for
yourself and what’s around you is what house music is all about.” said Ultra
Nate’.
Over 500 partygoers attended DEEP SUGAR with HONEY. This star studded event was everything honey;
from honey sticks, honey water, honey & rum fruit shooters, honey chocolate
cake with tidbits of Maryland Honeybee facts.
