Green Living Tip:  What is a Green Building?  According to the US Green Building Council: green building are healthier, more comfortable, more durable, and more energy efficient and have a much smaller environmental footprint than conventional real estate properties...i.e.homes and buildings.

Sustainable properties are our cleaner-greener (CASH) Today!  Consumer demands, residential builders, federal government incentives, and local government policy are making this happen. Many consumers, real estate professionals, and property owners are taking steps towards greening their properties.  This subset population understands the long-term investment, cash-flow and saving associated with greener homes and other real estate properties.

Consider greening your home or property;  your green investment adds up to cash-flow for your future.
